1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once processed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled (refer to Cancellation Policy).

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Standard Delivery (India): 4–7 working days (depending on location & courier availability).

  • Remote / Rural Areas: Delivery may take up to 10 working days.

  • Delays: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. Wowriva will not be held responsible for such delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • All orders are Prepaid only.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID/link via WhatsApp or Email.

  • Customers can track the status of their order using the provided tracking details.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • Customers must ensure correct address & contact details. Wowriva will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  • If the delivery is missed, the courier may attempt re-delivery or the customer must coordinate with the courier partner.

  • In case of non-delivery due to customer unavailability or wrong address, reshipping charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

At present, Wowriva ships only within India. International shipping will be announced once available.

7. Important Notes

  • Customers are required to check the package condition at the time of delivery.

  • For returns or damages, a clear unboxing video from the sealed state is mandatory (refer to Return Policy).
