5. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product arrives damaged, or

• You are not satisfied with the quality (product must be unused and in original condition)

Mandatory: A clear unboxing video from sealed condition is required.
Return window: Within 12 hours of delivery.

Returns/refunds will not be processed if:

• The product is used or damaged by the customer

• Packaging/tags are missing

• Unboxing video is not provided

• Request is made after 12 hours
