At Wowriva, we ensure quality products and a transparent return process.

1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product arrives damaged, or

• You are not satisfied with the quality

Conditions:
Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Return Request Timeline

You must request a return within 12 hours of delivery.

3. Mandatory Requirement

A clear unboxing video from the sealed package is required for all return claims.
Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns are not accepted if:

• Product is damaged by the customer

• No unboxing video is provided

• Product is used or missing packaging/tags

• Return request is made after 12 hours

5. Return Process

• Email us your Order ID, reason for return, and unboxing video

• We verify your claim

• If approved, pickup will be arranged

• Refund/replacement is processed after inspection

• No unconditional returns
